Skeletal, Muscular and Integumentary Systems
Introduction: When you look at a building or an automobile you see the entire structure. Yet both those are composed of various sub-systems. The car has an electrical system, a fuel system and steering system... along with others.
The building has heating, cooling, waste management and so on.
Those "systems" work together to provide comfort, function and protection.
The human body is similar. Our skeletal system provides support, the muscular system enables us to move and the skin system protects us from outside problems.
This unit explores each of those systems individually and shows how they all work together to make us operable as a human being.
